  • Heart failure is a chronic, progressive condition in which your heart muscle can’t pump enough blood to meet your body’s needs all the time.
  • This can happen due to:
    • Blockages in coronary arteries (Ischemic heart disease)
    • Hypertension (High blood pressure)
    • Problems with the heart muscle (Cardiomyopathy)
    • Conduction system defects (Arrhythmias) or
    • Congenital heart diseases.
  • BioAro Heart Failure panel tests the most frequent 14 genes responsible for causing heart disease.
  • The test helps patients and physicians in timely diagnosis by identifying the underlying reason for heart failure and appropriate clinical management.
  • This test can also be customized to include additional genes (or other diseases also e.g. Hyperlipidemia).
